Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various computer applications.
Responsibilities
- Input and update data accurately into databases and systems.
- Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports as required using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior clerical experience will be beneficial in performing the duties of this role.
