Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller, based in London. The Financial Controller will manage the preparation of financial statements, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Primary responsibilities include financial reporting, budget management, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires collaboration with other departments and the oversight of financial controls to maintain accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities in financial contexts
  • Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and compliance capabilities
  • Previous experience in a financial leadership role is a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly advantageous
