Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representativet to support our sales and marketing teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong analytical abilities, and eager to learn. You will play a vital role in conducting signup process from start to finish and providing customer relationships to provide long term customers for the clients we work with.
Duties
- Assist with face to face sales initiatives by engaging with potential clients and supporting sales campaigns
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences
- Maintain professionalism
