Customer Service Administrator

About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours in total, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide clear guidance, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement through to post-installation support. You'll work closely with technical and operational teams to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for customers, managing communications and scheduling maintenance appointments.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide first-line technical support for solar PV systems and renewable technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Investigate and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate engineer appointments and prepare post-maintenance reports.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support process improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks including project handovers and certification submissions.
What We're Looking For
- Essential:
- Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).
- Experience in customer support or first-line technical assistance.
- Knowledge of customer engagement and complaint resolution.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable:
- Technical certifications or experience in solar PV or renewable energy.
- Previous experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry.
