What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect & Win New Business: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Tailored Sales Presentations: Present service solutions in a compelling, confident manner, with a focus on RHONS' value proposition around quality, sustainability, and innovation.
- Sales Strategy & Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help shape agile sales strategies.
- CRM Management (Salesforce & Pipedrive): Accurately track leads, opportunities, and interactions in Salesforce, supporting data-driven decisions and pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales efforts and provide feedback for continued improvement.
- Product Feedback Loop: Share insights from client interactions to help shape service enhancements and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role is desirable — but attitude, hunger, and resilience matter most.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the confidence to speak to senior decision-makers.
- Organised, goal-driven, and self-managed with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay on target.
- A team player who is coachable, ambitious, and eager to learn from others.
- Experience using Salesforce (or another CRM) is preferred, but not essential.
- Interest in sustainability, ethical business practices, or eco-conscious services is a bonus.
Role Details & Earnings
- Location: Victoria, London.
- Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am – 3pm.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000 in Year One.
