Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 2 days a week in the office to connect.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Brand team as an Senior E-Commerce Brand Executive focusing on our technology categories.
What are we looking for?
As a Supplier Funded Senior E-Commerce Brand Executive, in the E-Commerce & Digital profession, you will be responsible for using data to recommend improvements in customer journeys and trading decisions for your brand categories, events or seasonal campaigns. You will execute onsite improvements to improve conversion rates and curate content accurately and effectively for your branded areas.
A key part of the role includes working closely with internal stakeholders across Customer & Trading teams, and your brand's external team to ensure accurate and optimised delivery of the trade plan. You will be a commercially astute and analytical individual who maximises sales for your branded online area and achieves the in-season online trade plan. You will use site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform assortments, trade planning, campaigns/events or propositions for your brand area.

Essential skills/experience you'll need
- Understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions.
- Numerate and a strong data-orientation
- Commercial acumen
Desirable skills/experience you may have
- Proficiency in Boxi and Adobe Analytics
- Influencing skills. Ability to build strong Stakeholder relationships
