Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys a hands-on, varied role?

We're looking for an
FP&A Specialist
to join a collaborative finance team in Slough on a 6-month contract. This position offers the chance to add real value across financial reporting, FP&A, and transactional finance.

The Role

You'll support the Financial Controller and wider finance team across several key areas, including:

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
  • Supporting the month-end close process
  • Assisting with FP&A reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Providing analysis and insight to support business performance
  • Managing and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Helping to improve reporting accuracy and streamline finance processes

About You

  • QBE, Part-Qualified, or Fully Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Strong understanding of month-end close and management reporting
  • Proven experience in a varied finance role covering FP&A, AR, and AP
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling or data analysis advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach
  • Experience with ERP or reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, or Power BI) preferred
