Advanced Finance Analyst (EMEA)

We're looking for an
Advanced Finance Analyst
to join our EMEA Finance team and support the West Marketing region. This role is perfect for a newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA who wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, global organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the key Finance Business Partner for the West Marketing team, analyzing variances, providing commentary, and ensuring accountability for financial results.
  • Take ownership of the West region's budgeting and forecasting cycles, including consolidation and analytical review of templates.
  • Consolidate monthly results and present insights to Marketing Leadership, providing commercial advice on business issues.
  • Lead budget and forecast input into BPC (SAP Business Intelligence) for the West Region.
  • Assist with Quarter End Audit Committee reporting, primarily Marketing West commentary, with scope to support other areas.
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process for EMEA Travel costs.
  • Partner with HQ functions (Legal, IT, Capability Development) on certain G&A/OPEX costs.

What we're looking for:

  • Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
  • Confident Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivots, Sum-ifs). SAP/BPC experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive approach, and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks independently, and supervise or mentor junior team members if required.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy to work effectively with Business Leaders.
  • Interest in sports/lifestyle marketing a plus.
