About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to join our expanding operation, supporting households across the UK in accessing government-funded home improvements through the ECO4 scheme.

You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales advisors to achieve ambitious targets, maintain exceptional customer service, and ensure consistent high performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader with strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for helping others succeed — all while making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales advisors, providing daily motivation, coaching, and support.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure KPIs and conversion targets are met.
  • Report to the Operations Manager to give updates on team targets and regular meetings on KPI performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and training to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the team in qualifying leads, booking surveys, and maximising conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of team performance and pipeline activity.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and target-focused team culture.
  • Stay informed on ECO4 funding updates and ensure the team's knowledge remains current and compliant.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a telesales or call centre environment, ideally within a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident in analysing data and using CRM systems to monitor progress.
  • Organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of the ECO4 scheme or energy efficiency sector (advantageous but not essential).
