This position of a multilingual (French & English) Travel Sales Team Leader needs someone that is well organised, self-motivated, with the ability to manage customer expectations in a pressurised environment. You must possess strong leadership, communication and customer service skills, with prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred. You must be enthusiastic about developing customer relationships and building our sales revenue, helping to contribute towards Team and Office bonuses. The position is for 35 hours per week across 5 days from Monday to Saturday.

Essential Requirements

· Bi-lingual with fluent English and French

· Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

· Leadership: ability to lead a team of sales agents to achieve performance targets.

· Performance management: Monitor team and individual performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback and training plans.

· Customer service: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues and complaints effectively. Provide real-time support and guidance to sales execs during customer interactions.

· Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

· Process improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

· Sales Development: Lead the team in the acquisition of new business via outbound calls/emails/letters. Build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

· Communication: Have excellent written skills and manage complex group bookings and sales administration duties including customer emails.

· Provide translation services for our English website sales and promotional content from English into French.

· Must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 D.O.E.
