Fusion People have an exciting new opportunity for a Management Information (MI) Team Leader for a permanent role in Bootle, Merseyside

Working for a utilities company on a smart metering contract, this role includes accountability for the production of all Management Information & performance reports that are delivered internally across the Contract and externally to both our client andstakeholders

**Salary**: up to £35,000 pa DOE

Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

You will be responsible for ensuring all reporting is delivered accurately and in a timely manner through management of the MI Team and reporting schedule. You will be expected to support the contract manager & project teams in the delivery of change requests.You will be required to design, build and produce reports upon request and also be able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with the Senior Contract Management Team to understand reporting requirements and deliver upon required frequency
- Leading a successful team to deliver accurate Management Information across the contract
- Management of the 'Long Term Planning Analyst' who supports the contract in understanding volumes of resources required by skill and location dependant up level of workload demand available.
- Direct involvement in data analysis and performance management
- Actively contribute to the development of the contract strategy and identification new business efficiencies.

**For this role, you will need**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the use of Power BI
- Leadership skills, including performance management and coaching
- High numerical and analytical ability
- Keen eye for attention to detail
