Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for meal preparation, food safety, and ensuring high-quality standards in the kitchen.

Duties:

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
  • Cook and prepare high-quality dishes
  • Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory levels and ingredient purchases
  • Maintain a clean and organized cooking station

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
