Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an Admin or Digital Marketing Trainee. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, conducting data analysis, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Additional daily tasks may involve coordinating marketing-related activities and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and basic organizational tasks
  • Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with marketing-related processes
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
