Roles & Responsibilities

As a Digital Account Manager, you'll be the primary client contact, responsible for building strong relationships and guiding strategic digital campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social and SEO campaigns. This is a client-facing role with scope to influence strategy, shape best practice, and drive measurable results.

  • Leading client relationships and acting as the trusted strategic partner.
  • Developing and executing cross-channel digital strategies that align with client goals.
  • Advising clients on performance, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within an agency environment.
  • Exposure overseeing PPC, Paid Social, Organic Social, and SEO campaigns.
  • B2B experience (desired).
  • Confident in building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to lead projects independently.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and keeping up with trends.
