Job Description
Procore is expanding our Global Channel team and we're looking for a
Senior Channel Manager
to join us in Europe. In this role you will oversee the development and management of the Procore's Channel ecosystem in Europe.

As a
Senior Channel Manager
, you'll expand our channel initiative in the European market; building and overseeing the development and management of both existing and new strategic partners. You'll set a strategy to grow the Procore ecosystem, identifying, recruiting, and enabling partners. You will work cross functionally to drive your partner's success. Establishing priorities and successfully executing multiple projects with ease to deliver both partner experience excellence and against target expectations.

This position will report to our Director of Partnerships, EMEA and can be based from our London office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Optimize the Procore Partner Program for Europe, helping to identify, recruit, onboard, and enable a team of channel partners who can drive new business
  • Act as a business consultant to help partners set strategy and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build, maintain and implement business plans.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the partner's performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on partner performance and historical trends
  • Drive revenue through your partners to exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Evangelize the partnership joint value proposition with marketing, sales and customer success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration and work across ecosystem to promote and evangelize Procore vision / drive partner mindshare
  • Identify capacity and capability gaps to quantify & deliver effective partner enablement and recap quarterly results and progress to plan with primary (prioritized) partners
  • Plan roadshows / marketing activities to build channel business to generate sales leads
  • Contribute to Channel Management best practices and share with global peers

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Channel role
  • Experience in a partner-facing role within a SaaS company
  • Experience building a book of partners and partnerships
  • Experience setting up Channel Partners in EMEA region
  • Experience establishing and developing long term lasting relationships
  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of construction technology ecosystem
  • High integrity, high energy, team player
  • Commitment to excellence; ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for cloud technologies and the construction industry

Additional Information
Base Pay Range £89,880 - £123,585 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of £128,400 - £176,550. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
