Sales Support Coordinator | Join Pixl’s Sales Team in the UKLocation: Tring UK.Schedule: Part Time | Onsite.Company: Pixl.Pixl delivers high quality live and studio event solutions across the UK and beyond. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Sales Support Coordinator to support our Sales Team with data entry, documentation and day to day coordination. This role also includes a junior sales component designed for professional development. You’ll support basic sales activities such as preparing outreach materials, helping with follow up communication and maintaining early stage pipeline activity. No cold calling, no targets, just clean data, clean processes and calm in the chaos.What You’ll Do:Administrative and Operational Support:Accurately enter data into the CRM and internal tracking systems.Maintain customer records, contact lists and sales activity logs.Prepare, file and manage quotes, proposals, order forms and contracts.Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance.Organize digital files and sales documentation.Schedule meetings and manage calendar updates for the sales team.Track order status, follow ups and key sales milestones.Assist with basic reporting, spreadsheets and operational insights.Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Operations.Provide general administrative support as needed.Secondary Junior Sales Support:Assist Marketing to prepare sales outreach materials, templates and follow up emails.Support the sales team by researching prospects, industries and upcoming opportunities.Help qualify inbound leads by gathering initial information (no cold calling).Monitor early stage pipeline activities and ensure next steps are documented.Participate in internal sales meetings, taking notes and supporting follow up actions.What You’ll Bring:3 plus years in a busy office, operations or sales support role.Strong communication, documentation and customer service skills.Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organization and time management.Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and data entry.Industry experience in AV, events or technology is helpful but not essential.Working Conditions:Office environment (Tring).Mostly desk based.Occasional light lifting under 25 lbs.Why Join Pixl?You’ll join a fast growing, highly respected team delivering some of the UK’s most exciting live and studio event solutions.
