**Recruitment Coordinator (Part-Time)**:
Office based role in Tring, Hertfordshire. The role may also require travel/appointments throughout the counties of Herts, Beds, Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Middx and the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Hounslow.

As part of your role as Recruitment Coordinator with The Hospice Lottery Partnership, you will work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team, recruiting sufficient Lottery Fundraisers in line with the business objective targets. - Part time hours:

- 18 hours per week
- 4 days at 4 hours
- 1 day at 2 hours
- Salary: £25K pro rata per annum

**About us**:
The Hospice Lottery Partnership is a not-for-profit social enterprise formed in 1997 with the purpose of raising funds for our partner charities who care for people in their community.

Our supporters make a vital contribution to the partner charities income generation by playing our weekly lottery and seasonal Superdraws. Collectively, to date, they have contributed to over £15 million of patient care helping many local people, their families, and friends.

**The Role**:
To support the business objectives of The Hospice Lottery Partnership by active input and development of the recruitment strategy adding committed individuals to the sales team.
- Recruit team members in line with the business objectives and targets.
- Develop recruitment strategies that include direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, social networking, and research.
- Produce bi-weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Sales and Marketing support.

**About you**:

Local knowledge of the catchment area would be desirable for this role.
