**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Job Type**: Part Time (Flexible, 18 hours per week)

**Location**: Tring, Hertfordshire

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum FTE (Actual £12,000 per annum)

Our client is a not-for-profit social enterprise formed in 1997 with the purpose of raising funds for their partner charities who care for people in their community.

Their supporters make a vital contribution to the partner charities income generation by playing their weekly lottery and seasonal Superdraws. Collectively, to date, they have contributed to over £15.5 million of patient care helping many local people, theirfamilies, and friends.

**The Role**

This is an Office based role in Tring, Hertfordshire. The role may also require travel/appointments throughout the counties of Herts, Beds, Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Middx and the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Hounslow.

As part of your role as Recruitment Coordinator with the Partnership, you will work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team, recruiting sufficient Lottery Fundraisers in line with the business objective targets. **Key Responsibilities**
- To support the business objectives of the Partnership by active input and development of the recruitment strategy adding committed individuals to the sales team.
- Recruit team members in line with the business objectives and targets.
- Develop recruitment strategies that include direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, social networking, and research.
- Produce bi-weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Sales and Marketing support.

**About you**:

- Experience in recruitment; however, a less experienced person with the right qualities and transferrable skills will be considered and if successful, will be supported and mentored by managers and colleagues.
- A positive, confident, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work on your own initiative.
- Local knowledge of the catchment area would be desirable for this role.
