Everything you do, whether that be sending emails, building presentations, having meetings, pulling data, or doing research, will all be underpinned by an AI model that belongs to you. Using Model ML, you'll simply talk to your laptop or phone to get things done.The Role:We’re looking for a world-class Marketing Lead to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This is not a brand awareness gig. You’ll work directly with the founders to define go-to-market strategy, build high-converting campaigns, and create credibility through content, partnerships, and events. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is obsessed with outcomes, and wants to define the story of a breakout AI company.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Define and execute the company’s marketing strategy, from positioning and messaging to channel mix and campaign planning.Build and scale demand generation across our target customer segments (investment banks, private equity, and top-tier consultancies).Develop content and credibility assets: case studies, white papers, thought leadership, partner co-marketing, events, and press.Own our online presence—website, social media, product announcements—and make sure it reflects our category-defining ambition.Work closely with sales, product, and partnerships to align messaging and maximize impact across the funnel.Establish and track clear performance metrics and continuously iterate for growth.What You Can Expect:It will be incredibly challenging—but also the most exhilarating work you’ll ever do.You’ll be building from zero: no playbook, no bureaucracy.Priorities will shift.
