Job Summary

Salary: Up to £50,000 - Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW (hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Marketing Lead London to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will organise and coordinate a wide range of B2B and B2C activities to promote Cleveland Clinic London amongst a range of stakeholders. You will have an extensive knowledge of marketing practices, particularly relating to web and social media content, and demonstrate a flexible approach to their role that reflects the changing needs of a fast paced ‘start up’ environment.

What will your duties include?- Works with the Head of Marketing and Communications in the development, execution and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies, aimed at health professional, consumer, corporate and other audiences.- Leads on web and social media content development to quickly increase traffic, followers and impact.- Leads engagement events to promote CCL, including educational and hospitality events for a range of stakeholders.- Assists with PR and internal communications opportunities as required to maximize impact.- Identifies and develops new marketing and communications opportunities, in alignment with the overall business plan and strategic initiatives of CCL.- Collaborates with consultants and other caregivers to obtain strategic information critical to marketing tactics.- Utilizes research, manages the implementation and applies the results to the planning process to develop current marketing strategies.- Coordinates with the Head of Marketing and Communications to gather and track data to measure the effectiveness of executed campaigns and projects.- Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.- A demonstrable track record and expertise within digital marketing, social media, web content development, and marketing campaign development.- Previous experience of working in an agency environment or commercial organization with ambitious growth targets.- Strong background in digital marketing / web development and navigation for marketing initiatives.- Knowledge of the private healthcare market is highly desirable.
