CloudHQ have expanded globally and now have hyperscale data centre campuses in Ashburn & Manassas, Virginia; London, UK; Frankfurt, Germany; Paris, France; Milan, Italy; Chicago, IL and Sao Paulo, Brazil, together with a number of growth locations in progress in US, EMEA, LATAM & APAC.This role will focus on candidate attraction, pipeline development and market mapping, working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to build strong, diverse talent pools across technical and corporate functions.The role will be based in our UK head office in Central London, supporting recruitment activity across EMEA & APAC for CloudHQ and the Global family of Cloud companies.You will be excited by the opportunity to help shape a best‑in‑class sourcing function from the ground up. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy working in a highly proactive, delivery‑driven recruitment team.What you will be doing:Proactively source candidates across multiple hiring streams in EMEA & APACBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct detailed market mapping across priority skill areasScreen and qualify candidates against role requirements before submission to hiring managers and TA PartnersPartner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support end‑to‑end recruitment deliveryManage job postings across multiple platforms and social media channelsEngage passive candidates through targeted outreach campaignsEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and HRISSupport recruitment reporting and market intelligence gatheringAssist with recruitment projects, hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives as requiredParticipate in wider TA initiatives as neededWhat you need to thrive:Previous experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role (in-house or agency)Experience within Engineering, Construction, Real Estate or Data Centre markets would be an advantage but is not essentialFrench speaking skills would be an advantage but not essentialStrong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreachExcellent communication and relationship‑building skillsHigh attention to detail with strong xpwpeyx organisational abilitiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using ATS systemsProactive, resilient and highly motivated with a strong delivery focusAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProfessional discretion when handling confidential informationA collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and develop within talent acquisitionWhat we can offer you:Central London office locationCompetitive salary, plus bonus & additional benefits (life cover, private medical)Structured training, development & career progression within Talent AcquisitionSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionHuman Resources, Other, and General BusinessIndustriesReal Estate, Staffing and Recruiting, and Engineering Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
