Our rails-agnostic approach empowers any business to move and manage money globally – across both traditional rails and stablecoins, at scale, and in real time.The OpenPayd platform delivers a suite of banking and payments infrastructure: accounts in over 40 currencies, FX, on/off ramp, international and domestic payments, Open Banking services – all via a single API.A global network of licences alongside our best-in-class tech is why we’re trusted by 800+ enterprise clients to process over €130 billion annually.How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?Establish, run and champion all people‑related mattersEnsure people policies are in tip‑top shape to support the business through its growth.Deliver the people projects in relation to talent planning and performance management, pay and benefits, career and progression and during rapid headcount growthAct as a trusted partner to the business, providing business heads, line managers and employees with people and talent‑related adviceBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and be the first point of contact for all people queriesChampion new people initiatives in your client group and influence positive changeThe ideal candidate will have the following:Min. 5-7 years of core people‑function experienceSelf‑starter with a can‑do attitude and a strong track record of working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environmentTechnology / fintech background would be a strong advantageAble to work both operationally and strategically within the people functionIn‑depth understanding and experience of employment law and employee‑relations best practiceUp‑to‑date generalist employee full‑cycle knowledge in employee relations, performance management, organisational change, reward & recognition and employee legislationExperienced in all aspects of the employee lifecycleStrong knowledge of people operations, compliance, and employment practicesHigh level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detailStrong problem‑solving ability and confidence in handling queries and escalationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people‑focused approachAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and integrityExperience in HRIS/people systems and confident in maintaining accurate dataComfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced, growing environmentCollaborative approach, able to build positive relationships across teams and regionsContinuous improvement mindset, with a drive to streamline and enhance processesAbility to do work with support rather than high levels of hands‑on supervisionWe’d like you to read our Talent Acquisition Privacy Notice which explains how we collect and process your personal data.
