Our people and values, including curiosity, focus, and collaboration, inspire us to transform urban mobility and grow better together.The RoleWe are now looking for a Head of Total Reward who will be responsible for establishing, developing and implementing the global reward strategy and programs to ensure we are a competitive and attractive employer. You will build strategies for our 4,000+ employees that are linked to and drive the long‑term success of Arrive.You will be part of a larger global People & Culture team, reporting to the Head of People Platform. The role operates in a global matrix structure across 15+ countries in Europe and the USA.You Will Contribute & Make An Impact ThroughEstablishing, developing and implementing the global reward strategy and programmesManagement, evaluation and design of long‑term employee incentive programs (virtual shares/stock options) in collaboration with external partiesContinuously reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits strategies and programmesOverseeing insurance and pension programmes through research, analysis and evaluation across 20+ countries, including the USA and EuropeSupporting the People & Culture function with job evaluation and design and managing fair pay rangesEnsuring an effective base salary strategy and variable pay schemes/sales commission schemes are implemented globallyLeading the management of payroll/payroll agencies globallySupporting the management of the annual salary review process globallyDesigning effective employee communication around compensation and benefits/total rewardsEnsuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within own area of responsibilityContributing to team OGSPs (Objectives, Goals, Strategy and Plan) to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achievedStaying up‑to‑date with trends and best practices within the fieldOther duties, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned at any timeOverseeing global mobility activity within the company including visa and secondment managementAbout You And Your BackgroundA minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a global environmentExperience in identifying, designing and implementing LTIP (Long Term Incentive Programmes) programmesVery strong numeracy skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment with an agile mindsetStrong knowledge of European principles related to compensation and benefitsAbility to understand the specific needs of a global organizationStrong leadership and project management skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to present to senior leaders/board members outlining trends, costings etc within own area of responsibilityAbility to work with a degree of ambiguityStrong proficiency in EnglishAbout UsArrive, including brands like EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform.
