This role is pivotal in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic alliances that drive demand generation and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the anti-financial crime (AFC) landscape and a proven track record of delivering pipeline through successful partnership strategy creation and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development – Formulate and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with corporate objectives; identify and evaluate potential partners in all key regions, with a focus on consulting firms, to foster mutually beneficial relationships.Relationship Management – Create a strategy and structure for establishing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with partners; facilitate joint initiatives, including co-marketing and other activities, to maximize partnership value.Enablement & Training – Build effective training and sales enablement programs to allow partners to gain full value from their partnership with Hawk; understand the specific objectives and needs of key partners, ensuring enablement and training deliver maximum value.Demand Generation – Drive demand through partnerships by pursuing mutually beneficial relationships with key partners to identify new business opportunities; work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing functions to position partnerships as a key part of Hawk’s GTM program.Team Leadership – Expand the partnership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability; provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs to assess partnership performance and impact on business objectives; regularly review and analyze partnership outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. xpwpeyx Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.Your Profile10+ years of experience in partnerships or strategic alliances within the B2B technology sector, with a significant portion of that experience in the anti-financial crime spaceDeep understanding of the financial crime landscape, including regulations (e.g., AML, sanctions), technology solutions, and key industry playersExtensive experience of working with large consulting firms, identifying key contacts and proactively building mutually beneficial relationshipsExceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsA track record of exceeding goals and driving tangible business results through partnershipsStrong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, define opportunities, and develop a clear plan for executionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level audiencesAbility to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events#J-18808-Ljbffr
