The newly refurbished Nici Hotel Bournemouth is looking for the best and brightest in the hospitality industryBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.Since its launch in summer 2022, THE NICI is already being recognised as one of the UK’s most exciting new hotel concepts, with accolades including The Times Top 100 Places to Stay - ‘Best Seaside Hotel for 2023’.Set on an enviable spot on the South Coast, with £20m investment so far, THE NICI has transformed Bournemouth’s accommodation landscape with 92 luxury bedrooms, many with spectacular sea views, garden hot tub suites, buzzing South Beach Restaurant & Bar, outdoor terrace and indoor cinema, as well as inspiring meeting and events spaces.Be part of a fun, welcoming and inclusive team, where you can thrive and build your own career in a vibrant and exciting environment.The RoleManage key accounts including Corporate, M&E, & Leisure.Develop social business in line with strategy.Work with the Group Sales Director and Events Manager to set the property strategy for Sales and Events.Secure new business for the hotel in line with the strategy.Negotiate and develop local partnership and sponsorship agreements to build long lasting profitable collaborations.Meet cross-sell expectations of business across the Nici Group.Drive activities to promote the property in line with the budget.Negotiate and develop local agreements to build long lasting profitable corporate partnerships.Manage existing accounts and provide production and revenue reports as required.Report on proactive activity in line with any group SOP’s.Achieve the total hotel budget through creating a sales culture throughout the hotel, resulting in high quality sales leads across the business and converting these to revenue that meets the needs of the business.Work closely with the Group Sales Director and Group Meetings & Events Sales Manager to maximize sales & events opportunities.Represent the hotel or group where required at local networking and industry events.Coordinate agent and client showcase and familiarisation events.Work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to position the hotel effectively. xpwpeyx Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure the property is presented at the highest level via all channels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
