Position: Account DirectorHave you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Location: Bournemouth.Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (with flexi-time and hybrid working options).Salary: Subject to experience + OTE.Role DescriptionDue to growth in the existing customer base and some exciting new client wins Appius are on the hunt for an Account Director to join their Digital Results Team. We need someone who can hit their ground running so this role would be best suited to an existing Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step. Based in the THIS Workspace offices, in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, our 50 person team operate a hybrid in office / remote working model with plenty of social events.Working directly for the Digital Results Director and supported by a team of Account Managers you will be working on an exciting and diverse portfolio of accounts from the world of finance & insurance, travel & leisure, professional services and charity & not for profit. Appius work with brands that need more than brochureware from their agency, and we are looking for an AD with a strategic mind to work with our experienced team of specialists on programs of genuine digital transformation. Curious and consultative by nature, we are looking for an individual with a passion solving brand challenges, and ensuring that our solutions and services are always delivering value and results.Skills And ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience in digital, preferably within an agency environmentBroad knowledge of Experience Platforms, UX & Design processes and Digital Marketing techniquesConfident communicator and presenter, able to inspire both internal and external stakeholders of all seniorities to buy in to your ideasExperience in managing and inputting into tender and pitch processesGreat problem solving and negotiation skills, able to confidently discuss commercials and close new opportunitiesAbility to create engaging sales and presentation materials in Word and PowerPointExcellent customer service skills combined with proven success in retaining and growing customers through pro‑active management and ideasAbility to spot new requirements and turn these into business cases for customers and briefs for the teamRole and ResponsibilitiesWork with the account managers to develop business across a portfolio of clients. xpwpeyx Fully owning the digital roadmap, annual budgeting & forecasting and sales pipelineDevelop close working relationships with the senior leadership teams on your key accounts, understand their business objectives, and deliver digital strategy and consultancy.Deliver regular digital strategy reviews looking at competitors, sector best practices and pro‑active ideas to solve your customers challenges and deliver better resultsSupport the new business sales process from lead qualification through to closeSupport the generation of new leads through networking, content marketing, event attendance and word of mouth referrals from your customer baseDocument and communicate customer success stories through case studies and results reportingCreate strong relationships with our technology partnersExpand and grow existing relationships with large corporate customers through introducing them to new service offerings, reaching new decision makers and departments, and creating compelling business cases for wider investmentAs Well As Competitive Rates Of Pay, We OfferFull training given to progress in this roleHealth Care Scheme with gym membership discountsPension Scheme25 days holiday, plus bank holidaysInvitation to join our annual summer team day and Christmas party plus a range of social events throughout the yearIn office fruit, drinks and snack always availableBournemouth based office within THIS Workspace which is 5 mins from the amazing beachesApply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
