Join us in shaping the future of crypto iGaming.Purpose of the RoleWe’re seeking a Head of Affiliates to build, lead, and scale our affiliate program. You’ll own everything from strategy to execution, managing relationships with high-value partners while developing a high-performing team. This role reports to CMO and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy.Role And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectivesRecruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with Igaming affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and content creators.Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that balance profitability with competitive positioningImplement tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention systems to ensure program integrityAnalyse affiliate performance data and optimise campaigns for ROIManage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contributionCollaborate with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experienceEnsure affiliate compliance across jurisdictionsRepresent Playlink at industry conferences and networking eventsWork Experience And Skills5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in crypto gambling or iGaming2+ years managing and developing teamsProven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targetsDeep understanding of crypto/blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payment flowsStrong network of existing affiliate relationships in the crypto gambling space xpwpeyx Experience with affiliate tracking platformsData-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skillsKnowledge of compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictionsWhat Sets You ApartExperience working in startup or high-growth environmentsBackground in both crypto-native and traditional iGaming affiliatesUnderstanding of Web3 community dynamics and influencer marketingTrack record of building affiliate programs from early stage to maturityComfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionallyExperience managing remote/distributed teamsSeniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesEntertainment Providers#J-18808-Ljbffr
