We now have over 1180 consultants working with clients across North America the UK Europe Middle East and APAC.Role ScopeAt Alpha the COO (Ian Walsh) sits on the Board and Group Executive working with the CEO and CFO to oversee commercial performance corporate development value creation and business services. This is a newly created role acting as the business manager for the COO working closely with him to help deliver the commercial and transformational agenda.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the COO to drive strategic goalsProviding day-to-day analytical and material production support to the COODirectly supporting a range of commercial and operational projectsLiaising with the full range of global Alpha leadership as neededWorking closely with Business Services directors as neededSupporting group-wide communicationsRole Requirements (Skills Experience and Qualifications)Candidate should have hard skills in problem-solving analysis synthesis and written communicationCandidate should have soft skills in orchestration stakeholder management and verbal communicationCandidate should have passion for a transformational journey with some day-to-day flexibility as needed5 years of consulting background preferred e.g. from MBBs or Big 4London location strongly preferredCompetitive remuneration package to be based upon experienceThis is a hybrid role requiring circa 3 days per week in our London officeSharing in our SuccessCompetitive base salaryProfit share (% of base salary) which is linked to both company and personal performance25 days holiday additional to bank holidaysPrivate health insuranceLife insuranceWorking from home allowanceCompany issued laptop and mobile phoneChildcare nursery benefit schemePension scheme via Royal LondonCycle to work schemeComprehensive training and development programmesOur Commitment to InclusionAt Alpha diversity equity and inclusion are critical to our success.
