You’ll design and execute a go-to-market plan for talent acquisition across EMEA and America, elevate our employer brand, and lead a team of TA Managers and Executive Recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll act as a strategic advisor to the business, building scalable hiring strategies, optimising delivery, and shaping the future of talent at Eucalyptus.
