The company is building tools that empower teams to automate manual tasks, uncover insights, and scale smarter.Smartsheet seeks a highly accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to drive significant revenue growth within a select portfolio of large enterprise Nordic & Benelux accounts. This strategic role focuses on deepening existing customer relationships and expanding Smartsheet's footprint within growing key accounts.The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, drive cross-selling opportunities, and land new departments across the enterprise. This role is based in London, UK, and reports to the Regional Director, Nordics & Netherlands.ResponsibilitiesExceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a portfolio of Nordic & Benelux headquartered enterprise accountsLead primary and secondary account teams by partnering with internal teams such as Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales DevelopmentDevelop and execute renewal strategies across the customer baseManage and execute complex, high-value solution-based sales processesDevelop and execute strategic account plans for less than 50 enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and landing new departmentsBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at all levelsAccurately forecast sales opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Champion Smartsheet's values and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentRequirements5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotaExperience using MEDDICC and ValueSellingDemonstrated experience building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships at the executive level within large enterprise accountsProven ability to drive cross-sell opportunities and land net-new departments in large, global enterprisesExperience working with channel partners for resale and implementationExpertise in developing and executing complex sales cycles and closing large, strategic dealsStrong understanding of SaaS business models and the competitive landscape, ideally CWM or PPMProficiency in CRM systems and other sales productivity toolsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFluency in a Nordic or Benelux language is preferredLegally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basisPerks and BenefitsEmployer-paid Private Medical and Dental, with additional cost for family membersMonthly contributions toward pensionMonthly stipend to support work and productivity25 days paid holiday + bank holidays + flexible time away program20 weeks fully paid maternity leave12 weeks fully paid paternity/adoption leavePersonal paid volunteer day to support the communityOpportunities for professional growth and development, including access to Udemy online coursesCompany-funded perks, including counseling membership, salary sacrifice options, and a personal Smartsheet accountTeleworking options from any registered location in the UKEqual Opportunity EmployerSmartsheet is an Equal Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to fostering an inclusive environment with the best employees.
