Base pay rangeA starting salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.Cluster Residential Child Care WorkerYour role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. Your responsibilities include daily home life, such as driving our children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is essential). You will also teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores, while creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays.What We Offer YouA starting salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.Our Cluster Full‑time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours). This may be subject to change, but you will be notified in advance; the salary stated is based on the following set rota pattern.Your average weekly working hours, including sleepovers, are 56.4.
