Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physiotherapy (PT) Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW)Older Peoples Services (OPS), RAH, NHS ScotlandShift pattern: Five days a week.We are seeking an experienced Band 3 Rehab Support Worker to join our Older People’s Team in the RAH. The applicant will be expected to assist qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with the delivery of individual patient rehabilitation programmes and discharge planning, including referral to community agencies.Key responsibilities:Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists with patient rehabilitation programmes and discharge planning.Support discharge planning and referrals to community agencies.Perform administrative and housekeeping duties, including stock monitoring and ordering.Requirements: Flexible, innovative, patient‑centred, and a team player with good communication skills. Desire to develop yourself and the service.
