Radiology Administrator (Bank) Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital – Bank role. Pay: £12.33 per hour. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality administration support to the radiology. Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service. Prioritise a busy workload, whilst staying calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times. Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Complete initial patient safety questionnaires. Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilisation. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required. Coordinate, plan and organise a range of activities. Complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards. File, store, retrieve and collate information/items accurately and efficiently. Handle queries within the remit of own role and elevate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required.
