As a Radiology Administrator at our Taunton Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities as you support the Radiology Manager and team. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. As a Bank Administrator you will : Deliver high-quality administration support to the radiology. Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service. Prioritise a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times. Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Complete initial patient safety questionnaires. Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilisation. Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required. Coordinate, plan and organise a range of activities. Complete electronic and / or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards. File, store, retrieve and collate information / items accurately and efficiently. Handle queries within the remit of own role and elevate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required.
