Campus Cleaning Services Supervisor (01036) Overview You will supervise a team of Cleaning Assistants to deliver an effective and efficient cleaning service across the University campus. The role is a full‑time position (5 days over 7, 36.5 hours per week) with weekend duties. The majority of your time will be spent on campus. Key Responsibilities Lead, organise and supervise a small team of Cleaning Assistants. Ensure cleaning service levels are delivered to the required standard. Plan and manage cleaning schedules, resources and budgets. Maintain health and safety compliance and promote a safe working environment. Attend meetings with other supervisors and represent the team. Qualifications & Skills Experience managing a team and knowledge of basic health and safety. Good IT skills – confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Friendly, approachable and effective communication with staff, students and visitors. Confidence in attending meetings as a representative of the team. Good team player who works well with others and prioritises excellent customer service. Work Location The successful applicant will be required to work the majority of their time on campus.
