This role will drive demand generation, brand awareness and pipeline growth through strategic campaign development, execution and optimisation. The ideal candidate combines creative campaign thinking with analytical rigor and has a proven track record of success in B2B cybersecurity marketing. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns aligned with EMEA business objectives and sales targets Design and implement account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high‑value enterprise accounts and key prospects Create annual and quarterly campaign calendars that support pipeline generation, brand awareness and customer engagement goals Collaborate with product marketing, sales and regional teams to ensure campaigns address market needs and buyer personas Define campaign messaging, positioning and value propositions that resonate with cybersecurity decision‑makers across different account tiers Campaign Execution & Management Lead cross‑functional campaign teams including creative, digital marketing, events and sales development Execute personalised ABM campaigns for named accounts working closely with sales teams to coordinate account‑specific messaging and touchpoints Coordinate multi‑channel campaign execution across digital, webinars, email, social media and traditional channels Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resource allocation to maximise ROI across both broad‑reach and targeted ABM initiatives Performance Analysis & Optimisation Establish KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns including pipeline contribution, lead quality, revenue attribution and ABM account engagement Track ABM‑specific metrics such as account penetration, deal velocity and multi‑stakeholder engagement within target accounts Conduct regular campaign performance reviews and implement data‑driven optimisations Provide detailed reporting and insights to executive leadership on campaign effectiveness, market trends and ABM program ROI A/B test creative elements, messaging and channels to continuously improve performance across both broad campaigns and account‑specific initiatives Market Intelligence & Innovation Stay current on cybersecurity market trends, competitive landscape and buyer behaviour patterns Identify new campaign opportunities and channels to reach target audiences Develop innovative campaign concepts that differentiate Recorded Future in the market Partner with analyst relations and thought leadership teams to amplify campaign impact Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a team of campaign marketing professionals Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous learning Support professional development and career growth of team members Required Qualifications Experience & Background 8 years of B2B marketing experience with 5 years in campaign management roles Proven track record in cybersecurity technology or software marketing Experience managing campaigns at scale and complex sales cycles Demonstrated success with account‑based marketing (ABM) programs including account selection, campaign personalization and sales‑marketing alignment Experience working with enterprise accounts and multi‑stakeholder buying committees Technical Skills Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot and ABM platforms such as 6sense) Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels SEO / SEM and social media marketing Experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies, tools and measurement frameworks Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business or related field Experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity or related technology sectors Background with enterprise or mid‑market B2B sales cycles Certification in marketing automation platforms or digital marketing Experience multi‑regional campaign coordination Why should you join Recorded Future Recorded Future employees (or Futurists) represent over 40 nationalities and embody our core values of having high standards, practicing inclusion and acting ethically.
