Our client is seeking a German Speaking Tender Contracts and Pricing Administrator to support their Operations on a temporary basis. This remote role offers flexible hours and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment About the Role: In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing tender, contract, and pricing processes across markets. Your expertise will ensure compliance and operational excellence while collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage operational tasks Maintain contracts and communicate effectively Conduct monthly reviews of expired pricing and agreements Resolve pricing discrepancies and work to reduce errors Support customer data portals (HCDP) and other platforms Collaborate closely with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams Provide regular reporting to the EMEA Operations Manager Assist with ad hoc projects across the region Skills & Experience Needed: Fluency in German and English (verbal and written) - language testing may apply Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, and Salesforce is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in finance or procurement is beneficial but not essential Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high service standards Competencies: Clear and effective communication across all levels. Strong organisational and time management skills. Analytical problem‑solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Self‑motivated and proactive approach. Collaborative team player with adaptability and flexibility. Customer‑focused mindset. Contract Details: Contract Type: Temporary (3-6 months) Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30-17:15 (Flexible) Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour Why Join Us?
