Responsibilities Provide high‑quality care to patients living with and beyond a diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Mix patient contact, manage databases, make appointments and coordinate health and well‑being events. Answer phone enquiries, contact patients directly, assist at health & well‑being events and complete forms for feedback and assessment. Work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, addressing the physical, social and psychological needs of patients and their carers throughout the care pathway and after‑care support. Collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Specialists to coordinate and manage patients at all points of treatment, including stratified follow‑up, and signpost patients to support self‑management. Manage the IT systems that support the cancer pathway and serve as a key contact for patients. Perform data collection, analysis and use office software to support the team, prioritising workload independently. Qualifications Experience working within the NHS. Excellent communication skills. Experience in data collection, analysis and office software. Prior experience supporting cancer patients is advantageous.
