Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Baker Charles 📍 London (minimum 3 days in the office) 👥 Reports to: Head of Finance 🚀 The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic, fast‑paced finance team within a leading UK hospitality group. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor part of the management accounts team, take ownership of key P&L areas across several brands, and drive financial insight and performance across the business. You’ll work closely with brand and departmental budget holders, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis while building your business partnering skills and preparing for future progression. Lead and mentor a team of Management Accountants, providing guidance and development. Take ownership of complex P&L areas, ensuring accuracy and delivering insightful variance analysis. Partner with brand and functional leaders to understand performance and support decision‑making. Deliver strategic financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities. Manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Present clear, concise financial insights to senior management and cross‑functional teams. Represent Finance in wider business projects and meetings. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with a strong track record as a Management Accountant in a fast‑paced environment. You will take pride in producing accurate and timely management accounts to a high standard, demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills. You will be highly proficient in Excel and confident working with large data sets to provide meaningful insight and support commercial decision‑making. A clear and engaging communicator, you will be able to simplify complex financial information for non‑finance stakeholders and build strong relationships across the business.
