OverviewHoma is a global mobile game developer and publisher with over 80 titles and more than 2 billion downloads. Our proprietary Homa Lab platform combines market intelligence, data tools, and AI to help studios spot ideas early and scale games fast. As a User Acquisition Lead, you will drive growth and player acquisition across our mobile game portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute A/B testing initiatives, ensuring insights are shared across teams and used to improve performance.Manage significant paid UA budgets for a portfolio of mobile games played by millions worldwide, optimizing spend efficiency and maximizing returns.Develop, execute, and monitor the user acquisition strategy using social networks, ad networks, DSPs, Apple Search Ads, influencers, social & search, and organic channels.Steer and optimize performance through key metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention), analyzing results across networks, campaigns, and countries to provide actionable insights.Build and nurture relationships with top advertising partners, identifying negotiation opportunities and strategic collaborations.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user behavior shifts, and industry best practices.RequirementsStrong hands‑on experience in mobile gaming UA, ideally focused on casual or IAP‑driven strategies.Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including MMPs, mediation partners, analytics solutions, and UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SDK ad networks, DSPs, etc.).Analytical strength and data‑driven mindset: proficiency with UA analytical tools and techniques to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.Proven ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders and drive shared objectives.Bonus: knowledge of monetization strategies and how UA interacts with them.Our CultureHumility: We learn, grow, and remain grounded.Curiosity: We seek the “why” behind the “what.”Focus: We obsess over details and let pragmatism guide attention.Ambition: We strive for the best and never settle for “good enough.”BenefitsComprehensive benefits (insurance, meal vouchers, public transport, gym memberships, etc.).Paris HQ access: private office in a well‑located WeWork building with rooftop view and coworking spaces.Coworking access: WeWork spaces throughout Europe.Global team: collaborate in English with top‑tier talent from 35+ countries.Team gatherings: occasional retreats and off‑site events to connect and celebrate.Performance reviews every six months to align growth and development goals.Equipment support: home office setup allowance for remote work.LocationGreater London, England, United KingdomHiringWe’re hiring a User Acquisition Lead to drive growth and player acquisition.
