We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who’ll drive excellence in our hiring processes and foster the high‑performance culture in our recruitment team. You will work closely with leadership to increase talent density across the organization, and you’ll coach and grow a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high‑performing Talent Acquisition professionals Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc. Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics Personally drive senior and/or hard‑to‑fill searches Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process and drive or take part in Talent projects and initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead / Manager, ideally within fast‑paced tech companies Proven ability to coach and upskill recruiters to deliver solid hiring outcomes Track record of hiring world‑class talent, with the ability to define and uphold a high hiring bar Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive performance Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Positive on crypto Why Binance Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem Collaborate with world‑class talent in a user‑centric global organization with a flat structure Tackle unique, fast‑paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment Thrive in a results‑driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning Competitive salary and company benefits Work‑from‑home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
