Life assurance with the option to increase cover We’re open toflexible working options – just ask What you’ll do day to day Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managedOversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here− if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Experience within the automotive industry is essential. Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting. Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs.
