Join VELUX Commercial as our next Technical Project Specialist and help build brighter and more sustainable indoor spaces that create well-being for both people and the planet Responsibilities Provide design and configuration support through drawings (standard and bespoke). Create production drawings, including glazing panels and project‑specific flashings. Manage the order process and input details into ERP systems and configuration tools. Build and maintain healthy relationships with sales contacts. Maintain CRM records for projects. Provide technical and design guidance on project enquiries. Contribute to continual development of processes and systems related to the management of VELUX glazing panels. Qualifications Experience with CAD and project drawing. The ability to read and interpret architectural or construction drawings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A structured, organized approach with a focus on getting things right the first time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools. Hold a valid passport and are open to occasional travel (approx. 2–3 nights per year). Preferred qualifications Understanding of current building regulations. Confidence working with ERP and CRM systems. Proven experience managing order process end‑to‑end. Experience presenting to architects or specifiers. Technical product knowledge, ideally within roof construction, façades, or glazing.
