Day to day you will act in the capacity of SME supporting the execution and development of the end user operational requirements and actively training local SME manpower through On-Job-Training to achieve the National aspirations of sovereign EWOS self-sufficiency.What you’ll bring:Flexible approach to the working environment, with a cultural awareness, and the ability to work well in a teamQualified by specialist EW training with 2–3+ years’ EWOS experience.Experience with: DASS, ECM, ESM, AISS, or T&V.Strong PFA, MDS or emitter data analysis capability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal/external stakeholders at varying levelsSelf-motivated with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision making, able to work unsupervised using your own initiativeComputer proficiency: MS Office; MATLAB/Simulink/C++ desirableThis is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
