They are committed to staff development and have a Trustpilot score of 4.7, reflecting excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all IT & Strategic Development activities, including telephony, written, email, and digital interactions.Review data with IT/SD teams to ensure processes support good customer outcomes and address potential issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the motor finance industry, products, processes, procedures, and scorecard updates.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR.Work Schedule35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.BenefitsCompetitive salary15% contributory pensionDiscretionary bonus33 days annual leaveLife Assurance (x4)Wellbeing initiativesAdditional InformationSuccessful candidates will undergo background checks, including references, criminal, and credit checks.Interested?
