Meraki Talent are working with a leading asset management firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Fund Accounting Oversight Analyst professional. You will be responsible for UK Fund NAVs and the production of the interim and annual Fund Accounts. Working as part of a bespoke team, you will be instrumental for liaising with internal stakeholders and external audit teams. Key duties will include; - Ensuring accuracy of the NAVs, and escalating any exemptions - Oversight of financial reports - Liaising with internal and external auditors - Ensuring operational oversight and control processes are adhered too and updated on a regular basis, in line with regulatory guidelines - Managing and reporting risks This is an unique opportunity to join an expanding function, with the opportunity to be involved within other operational projects, including fund mergers, launches and transitions. Applicants should have gained experience of fund accounting for UK regulatedfunds, and have a good working knowledge of OEICs and Unit Trusts, as well as a working knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters. Initially a 12month fixed term contract, however likely to extend, and could become permanent. Our client are offering a hybrid approach to work, with 2 days required in the office.
