Lecturer in Youth Engagement Capital City College (CCC), one of the UK’s largest FE colleges, is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Youth Engagement to support our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term role (until 31 July 2026). The lecturer will deliver high‑quality teaching for Level 1 and Level 2 in Youth Engagement, contribute to curriculum development, and provide academic and pastoral guidance. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with NCFE requirements. Contribute to curriculum development and assessment design. Provide academic and pastoral support to students. Support students to progress within their chosen field and achieve their goals. Qualifications and Experience Proof of experience and strong knowledge of young people who are NEETs. Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills. Commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching. Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one). Confidence in delivering to a diverse range of learners.
