Position: Youth Engagement Lecturer Capital City College is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Youth Engagement Lecturer to join our London-based team. About The Role We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to teach Level 1 and Level 2 Youth Engagement. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with NCFE requirements while inspiring and supporting students to achieve their goals. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging lessons for diverse learners. Assess and support student progress in alignment with NCFE standards. Employ inclusive, learner‑focused teaching techniques. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and innovate in the classroom. Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring. Qualifications Proven experience and strong knowledge of young people who are NEETs. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching. A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one). Confidence in delivering to a diverse range of learners.
