This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis, until 31st July 2026. We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach Level 1 and Level 2 in Youth Engagement. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of NCFE. About You We’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with: Proven experience and strong knowledge of young people who are NEETs. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching. A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one). You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
