Lecturer in Youth Engagement Location: London, England, United Kingdom About the Role As a Lecturer in Youth Engagement, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high‑quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and provide academic and pastoral guidance to students. This role is full‑time and fixed‑term until 31st July 2026. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality teaching of Level 1 and Level 2 Youth Engagement modules in line with NCFE requirements. Develop and update curriculum, assessment and teaching materials. Support students through academic advising and pastoral care. Participate in departmental meetings and share best practice. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and student outcomes. Qualifications Proven experience working with young people, particularly NEETs. Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills. Commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching. Recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to achieve one.
